Welcome to the Linda H online store.
Online shop To enable you to buy with ease the following policies have been developed. Please read them carefully and if you have any queries please contact us.
Ordering To place an order you can either fax or email us the attached order form. You are required to give all your details, such as name, address, phone number, style, measurements and suggested size. To order, go to the order page and fill in all the relevant details. If you want to fax the page simply go to File and Print on your browser. Once printed you may fax the form to 08 93645775.
Sizing There is a standard sizing chart attached to give you an overall idea of sizes. However, to order one of the garments, you need to supply us with your measurements. There is a picture to show you where to measure yourself. Use a good quality plastic tape and don't measure yourself too tight. The rule of thumb is that two fingers should be able to fit inside the tape.
As all women are different shapes and depending on the style of gown you choose, you may find that a slightly different size to the one you suggested is sent to you. This ensures it fits the largest part of your body (eg hips or bust). In some cases this may require some alteration on other parts of the gown. If we think it will, we will contact you before dispatching the garment. If you do accept the garment, it is advisable to have any alterations done by a professional dressmaker.
Garment care Special care must be taken to ensure the garments are not damaged. As the garments are made of delicate fabric and have hand made beading and/or embroidery, they need to be professionaly cleaned and worn with care. If any of the beads come loose ensure that the thread is secured to minimise any further damage. If you are unsure of how to do this, seek the help of a professional dress maker.
Delivery Terms All garments are delivered via express post and there is an additional cost of $10 applicable. Garments are usually dispatched the same day proof of payment is recieved.
Payment Methods We accept Visa or MasterCard. Direct debit is also available, however you will need to ring Linda on 0412 443 022 for bank details. Your order will not be process unless payment details are given or arrangements have been made directly with Linda.
Credit card To pay by credit card, you need to fill in the details on the 'order form'. You may also give us your details by fax (08 93645775) or phone 0412 443 022 if you feel safer that way.
Returns and Exchanges If you are not satisfied with your garment, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Returns postmarked after 7 days of your receipted date will not be able to be accepted and will be sent back to you. Exchanges will incurr an additional postage cost of $10.
The items must be returned in new, unworn condition. We inspect the garments thoroughly before it leaves our office and is inspected again when it is returned. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered. Any items with snags, rips, makeup stains, odours etc will be returned to you.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Sorry, only store credit on clearance items, no refunds.
